Rooted in old-world tradition and inspired by Sicilian classics like Averna, NOA Italian Amaro is a rich, complex, and deeply satisfying non-alcoholic take on the iconic herbal liqueur. Crafted with care and patience, it layers bold notes of caramel, orange peel, and chicory with warming spices like cinnamon, fennel, star anise, and a balancing bitterness from gentian.
A slow orange maceration lends it a clean, silky texture, while French chicory brings subtle coffee and cola-like depth. Whether you’re winding down or building a bold zero-proof cocktail, this is your go-to dark aperitivo.
A classic digestif. Zero-proof, but full of depth.
